APPOINTMENTS BOOKED
We offer personal service for every appointment booked, to prevent incorrect bookings where time available is not sufficient for the actual work that is needed. You received a confirmation email and text with those details as discussed live, at the time of booking. Should you arrive expecting a different service, the artist has the right to adjust the service to work within the time that was booked. Cancellations would result in
OPTIONAL IN DEPTH CONSULTATION
Every client is entitled to an in depth video consultation where we can review photos and look at your eyeshape to pre-plan what will be done during the appointment. If you do not request a video consultation, the artist will use answers in the intake form and use her best judgment.
POLICIES COMMUNICATED
Our policies are explained in several places. When you first book your appointment, you would have electronically agreed to our policies. When we speak with you live to book the appointment, those policies are reviewed and also re-stated in the confirmation email. You agree to those policies again electronically when you fill out the client intake form in preparation for the appointment.
COURTESY REMINDER
We provide a 48 hour courtesy reminder. It is recommended that you also save the calendar invite that is sent to you. Make sure we have the right email and telephone number for you. If you never received an email, please check to make sure we have your correct information. Incorrect manual calendar entries and missed reminder emails are not a reason for waived fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict cancellation policy. Should you need to make any adjustments please allow at least 24 hours notice to avoid 100% charge. Same day changes and no shows are charged in full. If this is a new set, the booking deposit of $50 is forfeited. In an emergency and you need to reschedule, please contact us to make alternate arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.
DEPOSIT
A $50 booking deposit is taken at the time of booking which goes toward the balance of the service. This non-refundable fee helps us ensure the financial health of our artists, even when we are not generating any income for your missed appointment. Please be courteous and reschedule with 24 hours notice, should something come up and the deposit can move with the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations without rescheduling or same day changes and no shows are charged in full.
YOUR CARD ON FILE
The card on file is provided at the time of booking and pre-authorized by you for deposits, fees or service charges & gratuity. To eliminate touch-points, a signature will not be needed and you understand that you have given your verbal and electronic authorization to run the card on file, according to our policies.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Please contact us to let us know of any issues and we will do our best to make it right.
SPECIAL OFFERS
All of our offers, vouchers, discounts etc. from any affiliate sites cannot be combined with one another. We handle booking manually and any discounts you are requesting need to be confirmed at the time of booking. Some offers are not valid with all artists and some offers are time sensitive or valid for specific times.
GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES & CREDITS
Gift cards do not have cash value but can be redeemed up to 5 years after their purchase date. No refunds on gift cards or change on vouchers etc.
ATTIRE
During service our body temperature drops and it can be chilly without our usual blanket . Please plan ahead and dress warmly so you won't be cold during your appointment. We also require all clients be masks, regardless of vaccination status. You are welcome to remove your shoes, or not and can request a blanket that is laundered between services.

At the close of appointment, your artist will help you schedule the next fill as well as run your card on file. A signature is not required. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. Design related changes can be noted and the first chance to implement new design related adjustments is at the 1st fill.
GRATUITY
A tip based on the regular price of any service is customary in the USA. It indicates your level of satisfaction with the work that is done. An average tip for beauty services is 20%. Less if we missed the mark, more if we nailed it. You can bring cash and give it directly to your artist or let your artist know how much to add at check out, and we can run the card without your needing to do anything! Cash gratuity is most helpful at this time. If that is not possible, we can use your card on file for touchless check out.

- Arrive alone, and not more than 5 minutes early.
- Please do not bring 2 or 4 legged friends to the appointment.
- Please let us know if you prefer a silent service or if you want to take advantage of your artists FREE therapy session.
- If you have any questions, DON'T wait until the end of your appointment to get clarification.
- The muscle movements in your face during conversation slows down the lashing, and for this reason, please turn off all devices.
COVID PREVENTION
- Our Position: We assume everyone has the virus, (with or without vaccination card) so our service processes incorporate a touchless initiative, mouth & nose mask covering, proper & regular sanitizing of tools, cleansing of hands before & after every client, as well as a any and all necessary precautions in order to prevent the spread of illness. Nothing, including proof of vaccination would alter any of our processes and procedures.
- The sheets are replaced between appointments so every client has a fresh start.
- All stations are within safe distancing and have at minimum 6' spacing between them in addition to a partition wall.
- Each station has a HEPA air filtration system capable of high speed air recycling that captures particles as small as .003 microns (virus).
- All products are sealed in an enclosed package, ready for use and opened at the time of your service to prevent airborne contamination.
- All surfaces have been misted with our hospital grade disinfectant.
- Our artist wears PPE to protect you, and you wear a facemask to protect them.
- If you are sick, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, we ask that you stay home. Please do not 'try your luck' at the door. If we turn you away because you arrived "with allergies" you will be required to pay the cancellation fee & reschedule.
