Lash Lab ran for 16 years as a traditional salon. Those doors have closed — today's clients and artists want a different model. Somewhere between commission and rental sits a flexible membership model, desirable for artists who need the flexibility of ownership without the risk, and the opportunity to grow that dream without being conflicted by an employer.

Membership is a share of what you sell. The room is pay-as-you-use. Nothing is owed for days you're not working.

The owner path
One chair becomes two.
You don't have to stay a solo artist. Take the full 2-station salon, bring one staff member, and the room pays for itself — the space fee and your 10% are covered by two books of clients instead of one.
