PRE-APPOINTMENT

FREE VIDEO, DESIGN CONSULTATION
The   client   intake  form  includes design related questions as well as your signature for understanding our policies. It is a required document prior to service and saves to your profile. It is included in your confirmation email and again in your reminder email.   Please fill that out!    To   schedule,  text 415-521-9562 prior to your appointment.

COURTESY REMINDER
We provide a 48 hour courtesy reminder. It is recommended that you also save the calendar invite that is sent to you. Make sure we have the right email and telephone number for you. Missed reminder emails are not a reason for waived fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to make any adjustments please allow at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges.   If this is a new set, the  booking deposit is forfeited in the case of no show, same day cancel or if you changed your  mind and will cancel without reschedule.

YOUR CARD ON FILE
The card on file is provided at the time of booking and pre-authorized by you for deposits, fees or service charges & gratuity. To eliminate touch-points, a signature will not be needed and you understand that there are no refunds on labor.  For new sets, we take a $50 deposit which goes toward the service  and can move with a rescheduled appointment, but is not a refundable deposit if you cancel without reschedule. We are not yet back to regular business where we can save a spot for clients who change their minds after a booking is confirmed. Thanks for your understanding.

CHILLY SO DRESS WARM
During service our body temperature drops and it can be chilly without our usual blanket . Please plan ahead and dress warmly so you won't be cold during your appointment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

It's finally the day you have been waiting for! You are getting your lashes! Did you get your client intake form filled out prior to your appointment?  That is required and auto-saves to your profile with information of how you like your lashes. Our artists will look at your answers to guide them in their design choices.

  >>UPON ARRIVAL
Please   arrive alone and  no more than 5 minutes early. We no longer have a waiting area available to our clients but you are welcome to text us once you arrive so we can let your artist know or you can meet at the door at the scheduled time of your appointment. We will take your temperature and it must not exceed   100   degrees. We have an online check in which consists of a few T/F questions and your temperature at the time of entry.   If you are sick, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, we ask that you stay home.    Please do not 'try your luck' at the door. If we turn you away because you arrived "with allergies" you will be required to pay the cancellation fee & reschedule.

  >> INSIDE THE SALON
We have created 3 general zones at our salon. Most of the information exchange and qualifications for appointment take place before the appointment or at the door .

ZONE 1 - Once you are checked in and cleared, you will enter the salon, sanitize your hands upon entry. You will be given a 'Welcome Pack' which consists of  a medical face mask, mint & alcohol wipe (to use at your discretion).     A mask is required at all times when moving about the salon, as well as during the service.

ZONE 2   -  We recommend using the restroom first followed by washing your eyes at our open vanity and using our foaming lash/lid wash in the touchless dispenser on the wall. This pre-cleanse helps with retention as well as prevents chances of irritations. Remember that the proper way to wash hands is scrubbing with soap & hot water, for 20 seconds.

ZONE 3 - This  is our lashing station meant for only you and the artist. Please do not bring 2 or 4 legged friends to the appointment. Your artist, designated to this station, has disinfected it for you and  the sheets are replaced between appointments so every client has a fresh start.  Your personal belonging can be left on the bench or under the bench at the foot of the bed.  All stations are within safe distancing and have at minimum 6' spacing between them in addition to a partition wall.    We also have an air purifier on during the appointment capable of high speed air recycling that captures size as small as .003 microns (virus).    No-one   enters this space without proper hand cleaning / sanitizing.

  >> DURING SERVICE
All of the disposable items used in your service is now pre-packaged in a sealed pouch to prevent  any airborne contamination and all surfaces have been misted with our hospital grade disinfectant.  Our artist wears PPE to protect you, and you wear a facemask to protect them.   If you have any questions for your artists please mention this to them at the start of the appointment so you can relax, and  they can focus on their work. The muscle movements in your face during conversation slows down the lashing, and for this reason, please turn off all devices and plan on  relaxing or even taking a nap!

  >> TOUCHLESS CHECK OUT
At the close of appointment,  your artist will help you schedule the next fill as well as run your card on file. A signature is not required. If  you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately.   Design related changes can be noted and the first chance to implement new design related adjustments is at the 1st fill.

GRATUITY
A tip based on the regular price of any service is customary in the USA. It indicates your level of satisfaction with the work that is done. An average tip for beauty services is 20%. Less if we missed the mark, more if we nailed it. You can bring cash and give it directly to your artist or let your artist know how much to add at check out, and we can run the card without your needing to do anything!

POST APPOINTMENT

AFTER CARE
You are committed to care for your lashes between appointments to prevent eye irritations as well as premature shedding. Our master artist have been vetted for advanced training & techniques so retention is not an issue. That said, any oil before, during, or after the process of  putting on extensions could cause the lashes not to stay. Certain climate/temperature scenarios within the 1st 24 hours of getting lash extensions could also effect their longevity.  Below are the  steps you agree to, for taking care of your extensions between appointments.

>> NO water in 1st  24  hours
>>  Keep  OILS AWAY from lashes (ie. eye makeup, oil cleansers, fingers touching)
>> DO NOT SKIP washing your eye/lid area. We have oil glands and without washing, our skin produces oils  also.
>> Brush off excess water after a shower or face wash, using a mascara spoolie and re-fan them out (lashes stick together when wet).
>>New Set kits include a sampling of tools that you can use to get a good clean between lashes, or to fluff them out.  LINT FREE ONLY!

Eyelid cleansing is the single most important factor for retention and preventing eye health complications. We have several options available to suit every budget!

RECOMMENDATIONS & REMINDERS

Did you book your fill today?
Most clients do, so be sure to call back and book before you are without options that suit your schedule with your favorite artist. Our current fill prices can be found here.

Maintenance schedule
Fills are when lashes are still half in tact and no more than 3 weeks to maintain healthy natural lashes.

Shedding
Experiencing different levels of shed is normal but you should have 1/2 in tact at fill appointments. Coming in with no lashes or fewer than 40% original fullness leaves us with insufficient time to return you back to the original fullness and would not qualify for standard fill pricing and could suggest something in the environment or aftercare is affecting retention.

Something doesn't seem right
Do not wait to let us know if you are experiencing anything unusual.  If you have a design related concern or have thoughts on how to tweak your next visit, please let us know. The earliest most changes can be done is at your next fill appointment.
