NEXT STEPS
It's finally the day you have been waiting for! You are getting your lashes! Our artists will look at your answers to the electronic waiver / design guide to help with designing a set you will love. If you don't, changes can be made at the 1st fill appointment.
>> INSIDE THE SALON
We have created 3 general zones at our salon. If you are receiving this email, you have been cleared to enter the salon! Please be sure you have sanitized your hands and mask on before proceeding to the next zone.
ZONE 2 - We recommend using the restroom now followed by washing your eyes at our open vanity and using our foaming lash/lid wash in the touchless dispenser. This pre-cleanse helps with retention as well as prevents chances of irritations. Remember that the proper way to wash hands is scrubbing with soap & hot water, for 20 seconds. Check out our LED faucet. Green is warm and red is hot. Both are safe temperatures to use for washing. Blue is cold and does not kill viruses.
ZONE 3 - This is our lashing station meant for only you and the artist. Guests are prohibited at this time (including pets). Your artist, designated to this station, has disinfected it for you and the sheets are replaced between appointments so every client has a fresh start. Your personal belonging can be left on the bench or under the bench at the foot of the bed. All stations are within safe distancing and have at minimum 6' spacing between them in addition to a partition wall. We also have an air purifier on during the appointment capable of high speed air recycling that captures size as small as .003 microns (virus). No-one enters this space without proper hand cleaning / sanitizing.
>> DURING SERVICE
All of the disposable items used in your service is now pre-packaged in a sealed pouch to prevent any airborne contamination and all surfaces have been misted with our hospital grade disinfectant. Our artist wears PPE to protect you, and you wear a facemask to protect them. If you have any questions for your artists please mention this to them at the start of the appointment so you can relax, and they can focus on their work. The muscle movements in your face during conversation slows down the lashing, and for this reason, please turn off all devices and plan on relaxing or even taking a nap!
>> TOUCHLESS CHECK OUT
At the close of appointment, your artist will help you schedule the next fill as well as run your card on file. You agreed to have this card on file which replaces our need for a signature. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. Design related changes can be noted and the first chance to implement new design related adjustments is at the 1st fill.
GRATUITY
A tip based on the regular price of any service is customary in the USA. It indicates your level of satisfaction with the work that is done. An average tip for beauty services is 20%. Less if we missed the mark, more if we nailed it. Please let your artist know how much to add for gratuity at check out, and we can run the card without your needing to do anything!
