DAY OF APPOINTMENT
It's finally the day you have been waiting for! You are getting your lashes! Did you get your client intake form filled out prior to your appointment? That is required and auto-saves to your profile with information of how you like your lashes. Our artists will look at your answers to guide them in their design choices.
>> UPON ARRIVAL
Please arrive alone and no more than 5 minutes early. If you are sick, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, we ask that you stay home. Please do not 'try your luck' at the door. If we turn you away because you arrived "with allergies" you will be required to pay the cancellation fee & reschedule.
>> INSIDE THE SALON
Most of the information exchange and qualifications for appointment take place before the appointment either on the phone or when you first meet your artist. Upon entry, a wall-mounted, touchless hand sanitizer dispenser is available for your use. A mask is required at all times when moving about the salon, as well as during the service. If you don't have one, one can be provided for you.
>> PREPARATION FOR LASHING
All guests will be directed to our vanity, where you will use our foaming lash/lid wash prior to service. We also recommend using the restroom. This pre-cleanse helps with retention as well as prevents chances of irritations. Your personal belongings can be left on or under the bench at the foot of the bed or there is also a hook in your station.
>> COVID PREVENTION
>> TOUCHLESS CHECK OUT
At the close of appointment, your artist will help you schedule the next fill as well as run your card on file. A signature is not required. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. Design related changes can be noted and the first chance to implement new design related adjustments is at the 1st fill.
>> GRATUITY
A tip based on the regular price of any service is customary in the USA. It indicates your level of satisfaction with the work that is done. An average tip for beauty services is 20%. Less if we missed the mark, more if we nailed it. You can bring cash and give it directly to your artist or let your artist know how much to add at check out, and we can run the card without your needing to do anything! Cash gratuity is most helpful at this time. If that is not possible, we can use your card on file for touchless check out.

>> COVID PREVENTION
- Our Position: We assume everyone has the virus, (with or without vaccination card) so our service processes incorporate a touchless initiative, mouth & nose mask coverings, proper & regular sanitizing of tools, cleansing of hands before & after every client, as well as any and all necessary precautions in order to prevent the spread of illness. Nothing, including proof of vaccination would alter any of our processes and procedures. Clients have varying comfort levels and if you have a special request regarding vaccination or isolated time or room, please let us know so we can try to accommodate.
- The sheets are replaced between appointments so every client has a fresh start.
- All stations are within safe distancing and have at minimum 6' spacing between them in addition to a partition wall.
- Each station has a HEPA air filtration system capable of high speed air recycling that captures particles as small as .003 microns (virus).
- All products are sealed in an enclosed package, ready for use and opened at the time of your service to prevent airborne contamination.
- All surfaces have been misted with our hospital grade disinfectant.
- Our artist wears PPE to protect you, and you wear a facemask to protect them.
