After 16 incredible years, we’re stepping into a new chapter—and we want you to know exactly what it means for you.
The good news:
Nothing changes for your appointments, your artist, or your experience. All updates are internal, and the only thing you’ll notice is a new booking location name: Union Lash & Brow | Local 94123—the first of what we hope will be many co-working studios supporting talented lash & brow artists across the country.
Over the years, we’ve been through so much together. I still don’t know how we survived the day after COVID shutdowns… or when I had my child… or when I moved countries to care of my mom. But we did—because of you. Because of your support, your loyalty, and your trust. And because of a team that deserves endless gratitude.
To Ashley Schofield (13 years) and every artist who has worked at Lash Lab: thank you. So many of you stayed with me for upwards of 5 years, some double that! Many of you launched your own businesses and are thriving today. I am endlessly proud of you. And those that left, thank you too. Because of all the experiences, I am able to launch this model to fully support new lash artists the way they envision ownership.
This next chapter--Union Lash & Brow —was built from everything we’ve learned:
Artists want a place where they can truly grow as independent business owners. Clients deserve artists who feel supported, valued, and empowered.
So we created a new model.
A boutique co-working studio where independent lash & brow artists can flourish—with our full business support, technology, customer service, marketing, and 16 years of industry experience behind them.
